Returns policy

Do I have to pay postage on returned items?

We will refund you the postage if you exchange an item or need a refund because:

  • We made a mistake and dispatched the wrong item to you
  • The item is found to be defective
  • The product has caused an adverse reaction.

 

We ask you to pay the postage if you exchange an item or need a refund because:

  • It isn't what you wanted

 

The item must be returned within 90 days of purchase unused and in resalable condition.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used, unless the product has caused an adverse reaction or is defective.


How long does it take to process my returns?


We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 14 days when we're very busy.


How do I return an item?


Simply pack up the item with adequate protective packaging and send it to us explaining why you are sending it back. Send to the following address:
