At Jane Fardon Cosmetics we want to make ordering as straightforward as possible for all of us. We've tried to explain everything below, but if you've still got a question please send us an email and we will reply as quickly as we can.

Where do you deliver?
We would love everyone, the world over, to be able to order Jane Fardon Cosmetics. However, at the moment that is not a reality for us, though we are working on it. We currently deliver to:

UK, BFPO, Channel Islands and Isle of Man

Europe: Andorra, Austria (EU), Belgium (EU), Cyprus (EU), Denmark (EU), Finland (EU), France (EU), Germany (EU), Gibraltar (EU), Greece (EU), Hungary (EU), Iceland, Ireland (EU), Italy (EU), Luxembourg (EU), Malta (EU), Monaco (EU), Netherlands (EU), Norway, Portugal (EU), Spain (EU), Sweden (EU) and Switzerland

The Rest of the World: Australia, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Chile, Egypt, Falkland Islands, Fiji, Greenland, Hong Kong, Israel, Jamaica, Japan, Malaysia, Malta, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, UAE, South Africa, USA and Canada.

How much does delivery cost?
We have tried to keep the delivery costs as low as possible. Postage is free for orders over £100 (incl VAT) with first class delivery to a UK address.

Please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

Can you guarantee delivery times?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery by the timescales shown above. Occasionally events beyond our control prevent this from happening. At times we may even be the ones at fault for the delay. If we know delivery is going to be held up, we will email you straightaway to say sorry, to explain what has happened and give you an estimated date for delivery.


Can I use UK Registered post anywhere in the UK?

Registered post is only applicable in mainland UK. It is not guaranteed to certain areas; these are Ireland, the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly or the Scottish Highlands and Islands (postcodes: BT, HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-25).


What if I'm not in when you make a delivery?
Our deliveries do have to be signed for. But don't worry, you'll be left a card saying they've called, but no one was at home. There will be a phone number for you to ring to arrange a more convenient delivery day.


I live abroad, what tax will I have to pay?

Deliveries to destinations outside the European Union will not be charged VAT. All the prices on our website include VAT (currently 15%) and this will be removed at the checkout automatically if the delivery address is not in the EU. To comply with the law we will attach a customs declaration label to each consignment sent outside the EU, also a few destinations in the EU (Channel Islands, Gibraltar & Vatican City). Please be aware that you may incur customs charges upon delivery in your own country; these rates and charges are set locally.
