What is your return policy?
Our number one priority is to see that each of our customers is completely satisfied. We appreciate that from time to time products will be returned to us. As a consumer you have certain rights, but we want to go the extra mile. It is for this reason that we offer a no quibble 90 days return policy. This means that although we want to know what was wrong we won't argue with you if the product was different from the one you ordered, is defective, causes an adverse reaction or is returned unused and in a resalable condition within 90 days.
Do I have to pay postage on returned items?
We will pay the postage if you exchange an item or need a refund because:
We made a mistake and dispatched the wrong item to you
The item is found to be defective
The product has caused an adverse reaction.
We ask you to pay the postage if you exchange an item or need a refund because:
It isn't what you wanted
The item must be returned within 90 days of purchase unused and in resalable condition.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used, unless the product has caused an adverse reaction or is defective.
How long does it take to process my returns?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 14 days when we're very busy.
How do I return an item?
Print off a copy of our returns sheet . You will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the document. If you don't have a copy of Acrobat Reader you can download one here.
Complete each section of the returns sheet. Pack up the item with adequate protective packaging and send it to the following address with the returns sheet:

For your peace of mind and in case an item is lost in the post, we strongly recommend that you use the Royal Mail 'Recorded Signed for' service, which costs a small sum on top of the normal postage costs.
