Do you deliver abroad?

We would love everyone, the world over, to be able to order Jane Fardon Cosmetics. However, at the moment that is not a reality for us, though we are working on it. The full list of countries we can supply to is shown in Delivery.

Can anyone get free postage on their order?

We have tried to keep the delivery costs as low as possible. First class delivery is free for any order over £100 to a UK address.  For an order below this value delivery is £4.00 to a UK address.  For an order of any value delivery is £5.00 to an address in Europe or £6.50 to one of the countries we deliver to in the Rest of the World.

Where are your cosmetics made?

At JFC we are very proud that all our cosmetics are manufactured in the UK. Not only does this support our manufacturing industry, it also significantly reduces the "carbon footprint" of each product.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes! We use a local supplier for our packaging and wherever possible buy used clean boxes for our distribution. The filler chips inside our boxes are biodegradable. They are made of starch and dissolve in water so can easily be added to your garden waste. Any bubble-wrap can be recycled with plastics.

Will I be allergic to your products?

All our cosmetics are hypo-allergenic. However if you have known sensitivities please check our ingredients list .  If you do happen to get an adverse reaction we are happy to provide a full refund - see our Returns policy.

Are your products tested on animals?

No, none of our products have been tested on animals. Due to an EU ruling in January 2003, all animal testing for cosmetic development has been illegal in the EU since January 2009; so hopefully this won't be a question you'll even have to think about from now on.

Can I return products if I don't like them?

As long as an item is returned within 90 days in resalable condition we are happy to offer a full refund.  Please see our Returns policy for full details.
